Refund and Shipping Policy
Optional paid services or upgrades may be available on the Website. When utilizing an optional paid service or upgrade, you agree to pay Ubiquity Robotics the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you begin utilizing the service or upgrade and will cover the use of that service or upgrade for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. These fees are not refundable.
Pricing and Shipping
Prices are listed on checkout or confirmed by a written invoice or estimate – but are otherwise subject to change without notice. Standard shipping fees are US$ 95 for international shipments and unless otherwise agreed in writing all shipments are shipped under incoterms DAP from Hong Kong SAR. In all jurisdictions except California customs charges, local import fees and taxes must be settled by the purchaser. For California sales tax of 9.25% is added to the purchase but the purchaser is still liable for customs charges and local import fees. All shipping questions and irregularities should be addressed to the courier. You’ll receive a tracking number and information about the courier once the shipment has been dispatched.
Payments may be settled online through our Shopify store which enables payment via a number of methods such as credit card, PayPal, ShopPay, Gpay. It is also possible to utilize our online contact form, email and phone to place an order which, once confirmed in writing, offers various payment methods such as wire transfer, credit card, PayPal, Square.
